Brown Asbestos Ltd. undertake sampling and analysis of suspicious materials.

Materials are sampled safely and sealed for analysis at the laboratory. All sampling of suspect asbestos materials is undertaken utilising methods our in-house technical procedure following principles detailed in HSE document HSG248 ‘Asbestos: The analysts’ guide for sampling, analysis and clearance procedures’.

Asbestos samples may only be analysed by laboratories accredited by UKAS, any other form of identification is not permitted. All materials sampled by Brown Asbestos Ltd. are analysed by an accredited laboratory and results are issued on official certificates.
